- EC's 5-minute warmup

- Sweet Potato beat

- Lenny Kravitz's Low, the full-speed 106 bpm Drumeo synth beat without the music.  The music is fine, but I don't want to listen to it for 15 to 20 minutes at a time.  

- The "Train Beat" Drumeo lesson

- Day 10 of Drumeo's 10-Day Ghost Notes, first time through after three days getting better at the Day 9 lesson.  Just watching and learning for the first go-round.

To follow:  Groove Coordination begins December 13.  Might be able to do that while also starting in on the Independence section of Drumeo Method.  Theory, Rudiments, and Technique are already done, with Independence, Styles, Ears, and Music left under the Motions of Drumming, which wraps up the Beginner portion of the course.
