Writing things in Keep as they come to me.  Here's what's there today:

...if you start slowly enough.

How many times did you watch Sina play Home At Last before you got it?

If I slow it down enough, I can see how the trick is done. Then I feel like I can do that trick, too.

Start slow.  Slower than that.  Sssllllooooowwww.   I mean "Mike Barnes - Learn the Purdie Shuffle" slow.

Beat. 

At. 

A. 

Time. 

Slow.  

*That* slow.

Notice that you never think about how to type words.  You just think of the word and it appears onscreen, and correctly spelled, usually.  With enough proper practice, drum techniques also become second nature.  (Some people are like that on the piano, amazingly enough.)
